i felt so happy when i heard that they could only get 20% of the
required amount during recruitment, hahahahaha! it got so desperate
they were offering extended contracts to people who are gonna ORD.
but being the typical "squeeze blood" organisation, the people who
are leaving are only willing to stay 1 year, because as friends, we
are still around for a while more, so its like hanging out for
another year at work. the organisation want him to extend 3
